Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Q1. How can I apply to become your agent?

A: We warmly welcome your application. First, we will assess the market to confirm the suitability of setting up an exclusive agency in your region. Once confirmed, we will provide you with comprehensive support, including favorable pricing, promotional materials, flexible payment options, and customized marketing activities.

Q2. How much is the shipping cost to my country?

A: The shipping cost will vary based on your shipping address and the chosen transportation term (such as CIF, DAP, or others). Please provide us with your specific shipping address, and we will reach out to multiple freight forwarders to compare rates and offer you the most economical shipping quotation. For specific costs, please feel free to contact us. Additionally, if you already have a freight forwarder you work with, we can provide you with an FOB price.

Q3. Should I choose sea freight or air freight?

A: The price of air freight is much higher than that of sea freight. You can make your own choice based on your needs. If you are not in urgent need of the goods, we recommend opting for the more affordable sea freight.

Q4. How long after payment will the goods be shipped?

A: After receiving a 30% deposit, the goods will be shipped within approximately 30 days.

Q5. How long will it take to receive the goods after shipment?

A: If you choose sea freight, it usually takes between 20 and 50 days after shipment to receive the goods.

Q6. Are you trading company or factory?

A: We are original factory located in Luoyang, henan China and has been in this business for 22 years. You're warmly welcome to visit our factory!

Q7. How can I get to your factory?

A: Our factory is located in Yuetan Industrial park, Yanshi District, Luoyang , Henan , China (Mainland).

Q8. What is your product range?

A: We specialized in Three&Five wheels tricycle for cargo transportation and passengers. Also tricycle parts.

Q9. Can I get the sample to check your quality, and how?

A: Sure. Please contact us and inform us of the model and configuration you desire. We will send you a sample based on our inventory availability.

Q10. Can you do the design for me?

A: Sure. OEM service available. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to make out the good design on tricycle.

Q11. Where is your sales market?

A: We have exported to Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Middle east, Eastern Europe, Africa, Southeast, etc.

Q12. What if I don't know how to install/assemble the tricycle?

A: First, assembly Instructions will be offered for each tricycle. Second，e-assembly drawing available. Third, we will supply technical assistance and Video.
